• Ensure seamless travel arrangements and exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate travel logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of all bookings and client interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury travel reservations or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing high-end travel bookings.
• Extensive knowledge of Bali's luxury hotels, private villas, and exclusive tours.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using industry-leading tools such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.
• Valid travel industry certification (e.g., CLIA, IATA) is a plus.
