📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Enter and update order data in our ERP system, ensuring all information is current and correct.
• Maintain and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability.
• Communicate with clients to confirm order details and resolve any issues promptly.
• Generate and send order confirmations, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor order status and follow up on any delays or discrepancies.
• Assist in training new team members on order processing procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing or a related administrative role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with inventory management processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
