📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and excellence in our supply chain.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to plan and execute transportation and distribution activities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations.
• Proven track record in managing warehouse operations and driving efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar quality management principles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
