📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a team of 10-15 staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
• Handle staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
• Coordinate with facility maintenance teams to address any issues promptly.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance.
• Provide leadership and support to team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a retail or operational support environment.
• Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Certification in Lean Management or Six Sigma is a plus.
