As a Legal Counsel, you will be at the forefront of shaping and implementing legal strategies that safeguard Carsome's operations, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify and mitigate legal risks, while also advising on corporate governance matters. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the complexities of the automotive industry, ensuring that Carsome remains a trusted and compliant player in the market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement legal strategies to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with Carsome's operations.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to the leadership team on corporate governance matters.
• Oversee the preparation and review of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate governance policies.
• Ensure adherence to data protection and privacy laws, including the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) in Indonesia.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of Carsome's legal and compliance framework.
• Stay updated on legal developments in the automotive industry and provide insights to the leadership team.
• Represent Carsome in legal matters, including negotiations, litigation, and regulatory proceedings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal counsel roles, with a focus on risk, compliance, and corporate governance.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international legal frameworks, including corporate law, data protection laws, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar platforms.
• Certification in risk management or corporate governance is a plus.
