📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and supervise a team of 5-7 staff members, ensuring high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.
- Train and develop new staff members, ensuring they understand our company values and service standards.
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Manage cash handling and ensure accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve shop operations and customer experience.
- Promote our brand and products through engaging interactions with customers.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality or retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for the surf and outdoor lifestyle.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
