🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent development and employee engagement.
• Certification in Human Resources Management (CHRM) or a similar HR certification is a plus.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
