📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all manufacturing and logistics operations in Badung.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
• Manage inventory, supply chain, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Collaborate with other departments to align operations with overall business objectives.

• Represent Subalipack at industry events and conferences to build relationships and network with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing and logistics industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing operations in a dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and logistics management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
