📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop training programs that align with business objectives and employee development needs.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops using various instructional methods to ensure engagement and retention.
• Assess training needs and gaps through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their training requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize e-learning platforms like Moodle to create and manage online training modules.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in employee development and training methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on training program development and delivery.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs that align with business goals.
• Strong knowledge of e-learning platforms and instructional design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
