• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain the beach club’s cleanliness and organization, including setting up and breaking down beach games and lounge areas.
• Develop and implement engaging activities and events to enhance the guest experience.
• Foster a sense of community among guests and staff.
• Assist with the preparation and service of food and beverages in the lounge area.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all guests.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.
• Provide feedback to management on guest preferences and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or a related field, preferably in a beachside or resort environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid food handling certificate.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
