As an NPI Process Improvement Engineer, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and quality. You'll leverage your expertise in laser manufacturing to identify bottlenecks, implement lean manufacturing principles, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement in laser manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing principles, including 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Leverage data analysis tools such as Minitab and Excel to monitor and analyze process performance.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects by ensuring that manufacturing processes are optimized for new products.
• Work with suppliers and vendors to improve the quality and efficiency of incoming materials and components.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on process improvement techniques and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of laser manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Minitab and Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
