📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes.,Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.,Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain and improve the quality of food.,Manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.,Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times.,Ensure that all food is presented in an attractive and appetizing manner.,Maintain accurate records of food usage and inventory.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Must be able to pass a background check.
