Tech Moon Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and professional Senior Receptionist to join our team in Canggu. As a Senior Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and friendly reception.,Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and its amenities.,Check guests in and out, and ensure their rooms are ready for their arrival.,Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, and ensure all necessary documentation is up-to-date.,Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.,Assist with special events and arrangements, as needed.,Perform other duties as assigned by the hotel management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk position.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English, both spoken and written.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.,Experience in a luxury or high-end hotel setting is a plus.
