Bidang Krisna Kebab is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Palembang. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, handling customer transactions, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by promoting our menu items and answering customer inquiries.,Handle customer transactions at the cash register, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including restocking supplies and handling cash deposits.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.,Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.,Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the dining area.,Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the food service industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.,Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Flexible and willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
