📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to determine recruitment needs and job specifications.,Sourcing and attracting potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and evaluating resumes to identify the most qualified candidates for open positions.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.,Maintaining a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Providing regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.
