📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high service standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the head office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant retail management software.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
