📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS),Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using ATS and other HR software,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
