Data Link Ekspansindo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Staff Accounting to join our team in Sanur, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting functions of our company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting functions of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Conduct regular reviews of accounting processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.,Manage vendor payments and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and receipts.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis is a plus.
