📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.,Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and onboarding.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs to attract and retain top talent.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance management.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in human resources.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and support business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems and data analysis tools is a plus.,Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
