📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Develop and implement production schedules and work plans.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of production tasks.
  • Provide guidance and support to production team members.
  • Track and report on production performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the production or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant production management software.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.
  • Ability to travel within the region as required.
