📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Monitor network performance and ensure its reliability and availability.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect our IT systems from threats.
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance of IT systems.
• Document all IT activities and maintain accurate records for future reference.
• Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute IT projects and upgrades.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure our systems are cutting-edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
• Proficient in using IT tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with mining industry IT systems and operations is a bonus.
• Ability to travel to different sites within Kalimantan Tengah as needed.
