International Business Development Supervisor

As an International Business Development Supervisor, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new international markets, managing export operations, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. You will work closely with the sales team to drive international sales growth and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement international business development strategies to expand SKA Nutraceutical's market presence.
• Identify and evaluate potential international markets and distributors.
• Manage export operations, including documentation, logistics, and compliance with international trade regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and industry partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive international sales growth and achieve targets.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international business development, export operations, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in developing and managing international markets.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and at least one other international language.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of international trade software and platforms.
