MERIDIAN Ekspansindo is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring smooth logistics flow, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory management.,Oversee the loading, unloading, and storage of goods to maintain organized warehouse conditions.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to avoid stockouts.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
