Silver Urban Corporindo is seeking a dedicated QC Staff to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, maintaining high standards, and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality checks on products and services to ensure they meet established standards.,Document and report any quality issues or defects identified during inspections.,Collaborate with production and other departments to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.,Maintain and update quality control records and reports.,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures and best practices.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing or service industry.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and standards.,Experience with quality control software and tools is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.
