📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of 5-7 staff members, ensuring high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.
• Train and develop new staff members, ensuring they understand our company values and service standards.
• Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve shop operations and customer experience.
• Promote our brand and products through engaging interactions with customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality or retail industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for the surf and outdoor lifestyle.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
