📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Support the HR team in managing employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Support the HR team in handling employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll and benefits.,Support the HR team in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and maintenance of HR documentation and reports.,Support the HR team in managing employee leave and attendance records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a reputable organization.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
