📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and sales calls.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify business development strategies.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products/services.
  • Provide regular updates and presentations to the management team on business development activities and progress.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
