Max Sky Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Assistant Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Nusa Dua. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about retail management and has a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the store's cleanliness and organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory control and staff scheduling.,Ensure the store is clean and well-organized at all times.,Provide excellent customer service and assist in resolving any customer complaints.,Monitor sales performance and report to the Store Manager.,Assist in training and developing store staff.,Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Assist in planning and organizing store events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
