📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily maintenance and upkeep of agricultural fields, ensuring optimal growing conditions for crops.
• Manage and optimize manuring operations, including the application of organic and chemical fertilizers.
• Implement and monitor sustainable farming practices, such as crop rotation and soil health management.
• Work with agricultural technicians and farmers to ensure the effective implementation of farming strategies.
• Utilize advanced agricultural software and tools, such as GIS and ERP systems, to track and analyze farming data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
