📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Create and maintain training materials and resources,Conduct needs assessments and training evaluations,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees,Monitor and report on training program effectiveness,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective training delivery

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other training management software,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture,Certification in training and development is a plus,Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus
