Creating and maintaining technical documentation for products and services,Collaborating with engineering and product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Ensuring technical accuracy and clarity of documentation,Developing and implementing documentation standards and best practices,Reviewing and editing technical documents for quality and consistency,Assisting in the development of training materials and user manuals,Providing technical writing support to marketing and sales teams

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare or Adobe FrameMaker,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills
