📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts with marketing and product development.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the digital or e-commerce industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
