📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales network in the field.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff.
  • Report on sales activities and performance to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with sales software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
