📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of quality products and services.,Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient procurement processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and initiatives.,Provide guidance and support to junior procurement staff as needed.,Participate in supplier evaluations and negotiations to secure the best possible terms and conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement administration or a related role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.
