📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the development of mobile applications from conception to deployment.,Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.,Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.,Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Work closely with product managers to prioritize features and improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.,5+ years of experience in mobile development, with a strong background in iOS or Android.,Proven experience as a Lead Developer or similar role.,Proficiency in Swift and/or Kotlin, with a strong understanding of mobile frameworks.,Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.
