📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the team leader in managing and developing the team, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.,Coordinate and monitor team activities to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.,Support the team leader in developing and implementing training programs to improve team skills and knowledge.,Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure that all project requirements are met.,Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to the team leader on team progress and any issues that may arise.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new team members, including conducting interviews and reference checks.,Support the team leader in developing and implementing team-building activities to improve team morale and cohesion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced and innovative company.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations, including employment laws and labor regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
